How to Use Them to Build Links:

On most of these social bookmarking sites, all you need to do to get a backlink is to bookmark the url of your post and submit it. However not all bookmarking sites allow this. Some of them have a voting feature wherein users can submit their stories but only those get permanently bookmarked that have been voted by other users. This not only helps in preventing spam but also gives more weight to the backlink if your post gets accepted.Personally I prefer to use such types of bookmarking sites only as others are mostly filled with spam and can negatively affect my site.

As I said before, though you can bookmark as many pages of your blog as you want, I wouldn’t recommend doing so. This would lead to too many backlinks to your blog and with Google especially targeting spammy links, you shouldn’t take a chance. It’s always better to see it from the point of the reader and bookmark only those pages that you feel will provide immense value to the readers.
